Bowie is an absolute gem of a human - kind, compassionate, & full of warmth. When I found she had begun her doula journey, I was in the very early stages of my second pregnancy. Without hesitation, I knew I wanted her to be a part of my experience in some way.

Having struggled so much with postpartum with my first baby, I was terrified of what that stage would look like the second time around. Choosing postpartum care with Bowie was one of the best decisions I could have made. She brought a sense of calm, reassurance & unwavering support into my newborn bubble, making those early, vulnerable days feel so much more manageable. Her presence is truly luminous - she has a way of making you feel completely safe, heard, and cared for in a way that is both gentle & deeply grounding.

My only regret? Not having her at my birth. Originally, I was scheduled for a c-section, but my baby girl had other plans & made her entrance on her own terms! Looking back, I know Bowie would have been an incredible source of strength in that moment too.

If your looking for extra support during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum do yourself the biggest favour & reach out to Bowie. She is a rare & beautiful soul & having her by your side during such a transformative time is truly a gift.

From the moment I met Bowie, I felt her special presence. I knew instantly that she was amazing - this woman was born to nurture. She is incredibly intuitive, a true gift to any woman in her care. I felt like she was another sister, the way she cared for me.

She made me feel safe & supported, exactly what I needed emotionally - and this was before I had seen her in action.

My husband was hesitant about hiring a doula but after meeting Bowie his opinion quickly changed. My sister felt the same way I did about her and my mum loved her before even meeting her. Even my Obstetrician, who had previously had bad expereinces with doulas asked for her details and prasied her, along with my midwives who complimented her incredible support skills.

From my pregnancy to labour, birth and postpartum, Bowie made my journey extraordinary. She was in sync with my emotions, always one step ahead. I feel truly blessed. She checked in on me everyday, making sure I was okay.

Miss Rainbow helped us bring our rainbow baby - our miracle baby - into the world.

She held me through labour as a first time mum, an expereince I could never have been fully prepared for.

The way she cared for me made it feel like a dream. Thank you Bowie from our family of three for everything.

My sister found out our mum couldn’t support her in labour late in the pregnancy. The news was devastating and difficult to process…but then we found Bowie.

She brought sunshine with her and really helped to ground and reset my sister in preparation for birth.

Bowie is deeply intuitive and was extremlely attentive to my sisters needs. She is grounding and calm. She holds space in the most beautiful way and has a rare gift for truly listening. She’s funny and down to earth. Someone you can instantly feel at home with.

Bowie was the most wonderful support for my sister during birth. She advocated and spoker for her, she protected her and helped bring baby earthside. We are so grateful for the care she has given my sister.

She’s left a permanent mark on our hearts!
