    This is for the Postpartum mummas who need the care & gentle support of someone by their side. There isn't enough talk or support around the fourth trimester & I am here to be that person for you!

Birth keeper doula

  • Two prenatal visits (approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours each) to get to know you & prepare for your journey.

  • On-call support from 38 weeks until your baby’s arrival.

  • Two postnatal visits (approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours each) to check in & support you after birth.

  • Guidance in creating a personalised birth & postpartum plan that reflects your wishes.

  • A safe space to address your fears, empower you, and provide reassurance every step of the way.

  • Optional support at midwife appointments, if desired.

  • Day & night text support for any questions or reassurance you need.

  • Recommendations for birth pool hire, placenta encapsulation & TENS machine hire.

  • & a thoughtful gift, just for you.

  • Four home visits (1.5 to 2 hours each) tailored to your needs.

  • A calming birth debrief with a soothing foot soak.

  • Help with light housework to ease your load.

  • A selection of nourishing meals to support your recovery.

  • Breastfeeding snacks & tea to keep you energised.

  • Engaging playtime with older siblings to help everyone feel included.

  • Trusted recommendations for lactation consultants & additional support.
